Okay this should be working again now, over the past 4 years we have been through about 4 forums, it's an inherent problem with using free ones but we're Northern so we're thrifty. Hopefully this one will be around a bit longer. So please register again and start posting. NW Smarties Legal Get Out Clause

After speaking to our legal team (Big Geoff & Dodgy Linda) down the pub the other night, its was advised that we add the following notice to this page, after hearing Big Geoff's harrowing tale about one of his posts on the "Fanciers of all things 4 legged forum" (now closed pending court result) we decided that it was best to be safe than sorry !

  • Any posts that are derogatory, discriminatory or offensive WILL BE REMOVED. The person posting WILL BE BANNED, and NO CORRESPONDENCE WILL BE ENTERED INTO.
  • No trolling. Don't make posts that are inflammatory just to annoy people.
  • Personal Attacks. Criticise ideas, not people. Flaming will not be tolerated. This includes any material which is vulgar, defamatory, inaccurate, harassing, hateful, threatening, invading of others privacy, sexually oriented, or violates any laws.
  • No pornographic, sexually offensive, sexually explicit, or objectifying material. This includes suggestive images, graphics, and comments.
  • No Blatant Advertising. This forum is not free advertising space!
  • No Spamming. No commercial posts or flooding the forum with useless content.
  • Message content. You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages.
  • It is not the reasonability of NW Smarties to monitor individuals post. Each individual is responsible for their own posts, If a post breaks one of the above rules and is brought to the administrators attention, then it will be investigated and action taken if within a reasonable time limit.
  • Please note all IPSN of members & posts are logged with our server and can be traced if required . (This does not affect you statuary, or privacy rights).
  • NW Smarties retain the rights to amend or alter the forum rules without notification.
  • All posts and attachments in the forum section of this site remain under the protection of the copyright & privacy notices posted on the bottom of this website.
